In this session, we'll explore:

✨ The roles and labels we carry — and which ones are truly ours ✨ How family, culture, society and relationships shape our identity without us realising ✨ What happens when a role disappears — empty nest, divorce, job loss, migration ✨ How to reconnect with who you really are beneath it all ✨ Reclaiming your values, your voice, and your authentic self

This is NOT a lecture. This is a circle — a safe, warm, judgment-free space for real women having real conversations about the things we were never taught.

• 2-hour interactive session with guided discussions
• Worksheets to help you reflect and gain clarity
• A supportive community of women on similar journeys
• Tea, coffee, and a judgment-free space

Who Should Attend: Any woman who feels lost behind the busyness of life, is navigating a big change or transition, feels like she's always being someone's someone — and has forgotten who she is for herself.
