Identifying Your Totem Animals

Why do certain animals seem to appear again and again throughout our lives? Why might we feel an unexplained connection with one animal, while another appears during a particular period of change, challenge or growth?

This practical 2-hour workshop explores the concept of Totem Animals and Animal Guides, helping you identify the animals that may have a deeper connection with you and understand the wisdom, qualities and lessons they can represent.

Rather than simply choosing a favourite animal, we'll explore different ways of recognising genuine patterns and connections — through intuition, meditation, dreams, repeated encounters, symbolism, personality traits and significant moments in your life.

During the workshop we'll explore:

• The differences between lifelong animal connections and temporary guides
• How animals can represent strengths, challenges and shadow qualities
• Recognising repeated animal patterns and synchronicities
• Animals appearing in dreams, meditation and intuitive experiences
• Understanding the symbolism of British wildlife alongside animals from other cultures
• Discovering your own personal interpretation rather than relying entirely on books
• Guided exercises to help identify your primary Totem Animals
• Exploring what your animals may be encouraging you to develop, understand or change
