Ideation Workshop

Attend a one day Ideation Workshop to fine tune your idea in preparation to applying for the Blackstone LaunchPad Ideas Competition or The Basement’s Blackstone LaunchPad Incubator program or both!

All students, regardless if you have an idea or not, are encouraged to attend this exciting day. You’ll have an opportunity to pitch your ideas, fine tune your ideas with mentors, mingle with other students over breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and deliver a final pitch in the evening for some fun prizes all in preparation for submitting your idea for the campus level Blackstone LaunchPad Ideas Competition for $1,000 cash prizes and up to $10,000 for the network wide level competition! Students without an idea will have an opportunity to join forces with other students, so all are welcome to participate. Space is limited so register now to reserve your spot!

MTS Trolley

The easiest way to get to the DIB is by taking the MTS trolley UC San Diego Blue Line and getting off at the UC San Diego Central Campus stop. The trolley stop is a short 1 minute walk to the DIB.

Parking

Public transportation is highly recommended as parking is limited on campus. If you plan to drive to campus, please give yourself plenty of time. You can download the ParkMobile app to pay for your space digitally once you find a spot.
