The Legacy Foundation of Hartford is excited to launch its Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) Summit convening IDEA advocates, activists and allies to discuss current and relevant issues of race, diversity, social justice, and the future of black brilliance!The in-person, part-day summit will integrate presentations of best practices from renowned thought leaders, ERG/CRG and Diversity Council leaders, practitioners and other advocates.
The 2024 theme is Keeping up the Good Fight - Resilience in the Face of Adversity.
The Legacy IDEA Summit will offer attendees an opportunity to:
Share best practices across organizations engaged in the work of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEIB);
Learn ways to maintain focus and energy for the work, even in the face of resistance; and,
Hear from leading national, regional and local experts engaged in DEIB work.
Featured speakers include:
Tiffany Cross - political analyst and former MSNBC host/journalist
Porter Braswell, CEO/Founder, author, and host of the Harvard Podcast "Race at Work"
Lunch will be provided.
