Whether you're exploring a business idea, building something new, or already running a business and looking for clearer direction, this event is designed to help you move from ideas and challenges into real execution.
Presented by Community Dreams Foundation in partnership with the Entrepreneur Collaborative Center, this interactive session goes beyond traditional business planning. Participants will work through their business with guided support, identify what needs to happen next, and explore how those next steps can be brought to life with execution support.
During the session, we will work with participants to:
- Define or strengthen the business opportunity they want to pursue
- Identify the customers and problems that matter most
- Shape a stronger offer and value proposition
- Determine what needs to be validated, built, improved, or launched
- Build a focused execution path and identify where a dedicated team can help move that plan into action
The goal is not simply to leave with a strategy or list of recommendations. It is to leave with clearer direction, practical next steps, and access to the support and execution capacity needed to begin bringing those plans to life.
This event is open to aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage founders, recently launched businesses, and existing business owners looking to refine, strengthen, or grow.

This is part of a four-event business-building series delivered over six weeks. Each session stands on its own, so participants are welcome to attend one event or join us for the full series. Those who continue through the series will have the opportunity to progressively validate, build, position, and strengthen their path to market.
