It is time for the IKA traditional hammer-in. Try your hand at forging.
You are invited to the shop of Ron Vincent, Flying V Forge in Nampa, Idaho. We will have a number of forges and anvils set up, so you can watch, learn, work, or teach to your heart's desire.
Being late October, please watch the weather reports and dress appropriately. Historically we have experienced it all and because this is an outdoor event we will go with whatever Mother Nature sends our way.
If you plan on giving it a try, eye protection, leather gloves, and closed toe shoes are part of the forging attire. (And your favorite portable chair).
This is a IKA event open to the public with a entry Fee of $10. The fee will be waived if they sign-up for a membership of the IKA.
