🔥 Idaho BBQ Association July Meat Up – Whole Hog Cook! 🔥
Join the Idaho BBQ Association for our July Meat Up as we cook a whole hog low & slow!
We'll get started at 8:00 PM on Friday July 10, and tend the hog through the night before serving it to the public around lunchtime on Saturday, July 11.
This is a relaxed, hands-on gathering for anyone interested in barbecue. Come by, pull up a chair, talk BBQ, and spend as much or as little time as you'd like. Stay for an hour, stay all night, or drop in whenever your schedule allows.
📍 Location: Modern BBQ Supply, 5710 W State Street, Boise
📅 Dates: July 10–11
🕗 Time: 8:00 PM on July 10. Serving sometime between 11am-1pm July 11.
A few important notes:
• Everyone is welcome, especially people joining us for the first time.
• Modern BBQ Supply will be closed during the event, so restroom facilities will not be available.
• No alcohol is permitted.
• Please bring a chair if you'd like to hang out for a while.
