About this Event
Join us for our technical luncheon event on Tuesday, May 12th at the Norris Conference Center. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 followed by our guest speaker, Marc Allcorn, VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Quantrue.
From Data to Decisions: Unlocking AI Opportunities in Well Intervention
Well intervention is one of the industry's most target-rich environments for AI: deeply human, process-intensive, and generating more data than most organizations know how to use. Yet despite the relentless volume of AI offerings, most operators and service providers alike are still struggling to answer the same three questions: where does AI actually move the needle in our operations, what does a credible ROI case look like, and should we build, buy, or partner our way there?
This presentation cuts through the noise with a disciplined, field-tested framework for identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities in well intervention, spanning agentic and physical AI applications at the wellsite through to organizational and workflow tools that compound efficiency across the enterprise. Drawing on deployments across diverse operating environments, the session will address what drives the "I" in ROI, how to distinguish genuine value creation from vendor-driven hype, and where end-to-end implementation capability, rather than point solutions, is the deciding factor in whether an AI investment scales or stalls.
Attendees will leave with a clear lens for evaluating opportunities, a realistic view of what adoption requires organizationally, and a sharper sense of when to go it alone and when the right partnership is the smarter path.
