Jessica “Juss Jess Phyr” Donato is an experienced fashion model with over a decade in the industry. Her portfolio spans runway, editorial, commercial, and promotional work, giving participants firsthand insight into what it takes to build a sustainable career. Jessica specializes in runway technique, posing, professionalism, and helping models develop confidence both in front of and behind the camera.

Simone “Love Monie B” Higgins is a professional plus-size fashion model and advocate for confidence, authenticity, and representation. With years of industry experience, she empowers aspiring talent to embrace their individuality while mastering runway presence, posing, personal branding, and professional etiquette. Her coaching encourages participants to own their space and show up with confidence.
