ICGF- Delaware Developments- SB313, the ‘Market Practice’ Amendments

Please join us for “Delaware Developments – SB313, the ‘Market Practice’ Amendments,” on Tuesday, October 15, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., in Lipton Hall/D’Agostino Hall, 108 West Third Street.

There will be two panels. The first panel will address how SB313 will affect current market pratice. That panel will be moderated by ICGF Co-Director Emiliano Catan and will include Charles Allen (Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP), Eduardo Gallardo (Paul Hastings LLP), John Neuwirth (Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP), and Ann Beth Stebbins (Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP). The second panel will be moderated by ICGF Co-Director Edward Rock and will address the implications of SB313 for things other than the prime focus. That panel will include Richard Brand (Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP), Jill Fisch (University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School), Jeffrey Gorris (Friedlander & Gorris, P.A.), and David McBride (Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP).
