Keynote Speaker - Nance MacLeod MCC
Nance MacLeod, an accomplished leadership and mentor coach, will guide participants through an exploration of the evolving coaching profession and the increasing credibility brought forward by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). At the heart of this conversation is the role of Professional Identity and Coaching Mastery—two essential pillars that shape how coaches show up, build trust, and create meaningful, lasting transformation.
Blending insight, experience, and practical application, Nance will highlight key elements of coaching mastery aligned with ICF Core Competencies and offer real-world ways for coaches to continue strengthening their skills.
Participants are invited to complete a Mentor Coaching Competency Self-Assessment in advance, creating a dynamic and interactive session where questions, reflections, and shared learning are encouraged throughout.
With a focus on both global trends and the unique opportunity of coaching in Hawaiʻi, this session will leave attendees feeling inspired, grounded in their professional identity, and excited about what’s possible.
In Nance MacLeodʻs presentation, participants will:
