Hello Members, Please read the entire post before RSVPing. I will try to be as transparent as possible. Reach out to me at 7027036649 if you are based outside Las Vegas.
I will only take 10 people with me and a refundable deposit of $100 is required to move you into the going list. However, the full travel expense needs to be paid by October 31st. On November 1st, Whoever paid the full amount will be confirmed to travel and $100 deposits will be refunded for the rest.
This trip will be in March (Anywhere between 10 to 14 days). But you must commit by October 2024 for me to make travel arrangements.
It will be cold during March, a good time to see northern lights.
If you do not feel like hiking due to fear of heights or afraid of slipping on the ice, you will miss out a lot by sitting in the car, it is still beautiful but you will not get close to the attraction.
Iceland's weather is unpredictable so please have a good positive attitude and adjustment mentality.
Try to follow instructions, be friendly to fellow group members, and respect Mother Nature.
Know your limits.
Please understand I am not a formal tour guide, you will not be allowed to be disrespectful towards me for any reason. I might change the itinerary at the last minute based on Iceland's unpredictable weather conditions.
This trip can start any time in March 2025 hence you must be flexible.
By default, everyone goes on the waitlist. We will move you into going once the deposit is paid.
I have been to Iceland before during winter, It's amazingly beautiful. This is my attempt to guide others to the winter wonderland.
The trip will be divided into 3 options:
Option 1: 3-day trip (Golden Circle, Capital City, Thermal pools)
Option 1: costs you $2000 (Approximately)
Option 1 is for someone who has very little time to vacation, you will be close to the capital city. All are welcome to pick this option.
Option 2: 7-day trip (West and South Iceland)
Option 2: costs you $4000 (Approximately)
Option 2 is for someone who is semi-adventurous.
Option 3: 14 to 15-day trip (Ring Road Trip)
Option 3: costs you $6000 (Approximately)
Option 3 is for someone who is Highly-adventurous, Who is willing to experience the wildness & beauty of Iceland. Covers all the attractions. You must be physically fit.

Permit Fees to all destinations
Parking Fees to all destinations
Tunnel access Fees
Glacier hike and exploring Icecave (Not for Option 1)
Permit fees to soak in one Thermal pool (There are 5 well maintained thermal pools in Iceland)
You are responsible to pay for additional check-in baggage, Seat upgrades, Hotel room upgrades, Food and Travel Insurance.
We will be renting All wheel-drive SUVs. We will be booking accommodations. depending on where we are going, You might have to share a rental and hotel with another adventurist.
You are spending a good amount of money to join this expedition, we expect you to be good at time management. we will have only a few hours of daylight and we want to be ready to head out and ride back before it gets too dark.

Iceland’s Ring Road is an enchanting adventure filled with captivating experiences. Never in my life have I read about such an awe-inspiring place. With milky blue geothermal springs, enormous waterfalls, native wild horses, black sand beaches, jagged mountains, ice-blue glaciers, and the northern lights, the “Land of Fire and Ice” will leave you utterly speechless.
Exploring Iceland in March is an excellent idea if you want to experience all four seasons. While it will be cold all around the entire island, most of the snow has melted in the South and yellowish/green grass covers the ground everywhere you look. On the East and North sides of the island, you will experience a landscape that can only be described as a winter wonderland.
