Ice carving expert Aaric Kendall will be back to display his amazing frozen works of art and then demonstrate his technique and creative vision as he carves another sculpture out of 300-pound blocks of ice before your very eyes! Needless to say, we are thrilled to have him back!
Aaric is an Olympic-caliber ice carving talent, winning the gold medal at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic games, and the bronze medal at the 2006 games in Turin, Italy. He is a highly sought-after carver at ice carving festivals across the country and around the world. Just as importantly, we think he’s about the most down-to-earth, friendly kind of guy you’ll ever meet. He’ll stop and take time to answer your questions, describe how he carves and why, and entertain your whole family.
Aaric will begin his ice carving demonstration at 1pm and continue for approximately two hours; don’t miss this tremendous event! This event is family-friendly, so please feel free to bring your children or grandchildren
