We are excited to announce that ICBS Show 2025 will be at the Metro Technology Business Conference Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

October 14-16, 2025

Registration is now open--$175 includes conference attendance for all sessions, all meals, and breaks.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Yes. If you cannot attend the event, please let us know who will attend in your place.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You are not required to bring it. You can walk up the kiosk and type your last name in and print your name badge. Your name tag will be your admittance to all of the ICBS Show events.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be available until ten business days prior to the event. After October 4 , no refunds will be given. You are always welcome to send another in your place. You can email the substitution name to [email protected].

Cancellations must be made online 10 days prior to the event. Substitutes will be accepted up until the day of the conference.
