July is the month of all things art here in Reno and our 7/9 meeting will be no exception!Come join us for an evening of art therapy-inspired birth processing using methods and ideas from the book “The Labyrinth of Birth.”
Some ideas of what folks may choose to create are illuminated/decorated affirmations, birth story labyrinth pictures and/or collage, meditative coloring or whatever else feels healing and good to you! Some materials and guidance will be provided for the birth labyrinth idea but feel free to bring your own materials and ideas!
