It’s been another incredible year at the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS, and we’re ready to celebrate!Join us for the 2025 Inaugural Banquet & Awards Ceremony on Thursday, October 9, at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. We’ll honor this past year’s accomplishments, recognize our award winners, and install our 2026 leadership team.

6:00 PM – Doors Open & Cocktail Hour
7:00 PM – Dinner & Ceremony
Tickets are $35 per person. First-year members attend free. Semi-formal attire is encouraged. RSVP is required—reserve your spot below.
