ABOUT THIS EVENT
This workshop is hosted under Group TherapyTherapy, an IBL initiative for like-minded souls who want better for themselves and for their future.
Group Therapyreal-life is a lifestyle-based community that helps adults navigate real life challenges through experiences, activities, tools, and creativity, not through sitting in a circle and talking.
It’s therapy in the way we actually live:
through growth, design, community, laughter, learning, and shared experiences.
This session is also our first Group Theropy Night School. A learning experience designed for adults who want to be educated, empowered, and equipped with tools for self-improvement and life-building.

During this 3-hour experience, participants will:

📅 Use the 12-Week Year Method for momentum + execution
📓 Practice guided Journaling for clarity & self-awareness
🤖 Use A.I. Life Scripts to model future outcomes
