How Women Turn Influence Into Impact

You’ve built your career. You’ve made connections. You’ve earned your place. Now, what will you do with your influence?

The most influential women don’t just open doors for themselves. They create opportunities, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting impact.

This November, join the International Association of Women (IAW) Dallas–Fort Worth Chapter for an engaging, candid conversation with three accomplished North Texas nonprofit and community leaders who know what it takes to turn professional influence into meaningful change.

Discover how to leverage your experience, relationships, and expertise to make a difference—whether you’re leading a team, building a business, serving on a board, or exploring new ways to give back.

Meet Our Featured Panelists

• Stacie Adams — CEO, Business Council for the Arts
• Andrea Carter — COO, Center for Nonprofit Management
• Denise Coffman — Director of Development–DFW, Be An Angel

What You’ll Discover

• Build relationships that matter. Create authentic connections that open doors to new opportunities, partnerships, and possibilities.
• Make your impact visible. Learn how to communicate your contributions, strengthen your credibility, and expand your influence.
• Turn influence into opportunity for others. Discover how leadership, board service, philanthropy, and community engagement can create lasting change.

This isn’t just a conversation about giving back. It’s about what becomes possible when women use their influence with intention.

Whether you’re an executive, entrepreneur, emerging leader, or professional looking for a greater sense of purpose, this is an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, make meaningful connections, and discover your next opportunity to make an impact.
