On Friday, November 13, Henceforth Comedy is bringing nationally touring comedian Ian Lara to Market Garden Brewpub for a one-night-only comedy show in the heart of Ohio City.
You may have seen Ian on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Comedy Central, or in his HBO special Romantic Comedy. Now you can catch him live in a room with just 90 seats, alongside some of Northeast Ohio's best comedians.

Meet Ian Lara
Ian Lara is a New York–born comedian whose blend of honesty and humor has made him a favorite on stage and on screen. He first broke out when his Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring set went viral, earning over 10 million views and leading to appearances on NBC's Bring the Funny and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he has now performed five times, most recently promoting his newest special.
A regular at the Comedy Cellar, Ian has appeared on Comedy Central's This Week at the Comedy Cellar, released the Comedy Central half-hour Growing Shame, and debuted his first HBO special, Ian Lara: Romantic Comedy, now streaming on Max. He has been featured in The New Yorker, selected as a 2021 JFL New Face, and named one of Variety's "Comics to Watch" in 2023.
Ian's latest stand-up special, Material Boy, showcases his most personal and polished work yet and is available now. With millions of online views, multiple late-night appearances, and a rapidly growing national audience, Ian Lara continues to establish himself as one of comedy's most compelling talents.

For this show, we're transforming Market Garden Brewpub into an 80-seat comedy room. Whether you're planning a date night, getting friends together or just looking for something different to do on a Friday, this is a chance to experience nationally touring stand-up up close.
