About this Event
The April meeting will feature Jake Carroll with Inforcer.
Translating Technical Value to Business Outcomes
This session will help MSPs translate Microsoft 365 tenant security, compliance, and Copilot readiness into clear business outcomes that customers understand. Rather than focusing solely on technical details, the discussion will highlight measurable value including risk reduction, improved audit readiness, productivity gains, and AI enablement. Attendees will also learn how to position these services in outcome-driven conversations that resonate with business decision-makers and lead to higher-value engagements.
About Inforcer:
Inforcer enables Microsoft partners to deliver consistent, secure, and scalable Microsoft 365 services. Its multi-tenant automation platform helps standardize tenant security, compliance, and AI readiness by assessing, aligning, and enforcing best practices across customer environments. This enables partners to build profitable managed services around tenant hardening, user management, and Copilot readiness.
