Join I Am A Safe Place (IAASP) for a peaceful and purpose-filled day in our commUNITY garden as we step into a new season of growth, healing, and connection.This Physically Anchored gathering is designed to gently reconnect mind, body, and spirit through intentional movement, hands-on activities, and reflective time in nature.
🌿 What We’ll Do Together:
• 🎨 Painting encouragement rocks
• 🌱 Refreshing the garden with new soil
• 🌼 Planting seeds for the new season
• 🧹 Cleaning and restoring our shared space
• 🚶♀️ ½-mile guided trail walk with reflection
