I Wonder... What Feels Alive: A Breathwork for the Fullness of Summer
About this Event
I Wonder What Feels Alive
A Breathwork for the Fullness of Summer
As we move through the Summer Solstice and towards the height of the season, life can begin to feel very full.
The days stretch longer.
The world feels louder.
There can be pressure to do more, say yes more often, keep up, get outside, make plans, make memories, make the most of it all.
And yet amongst all that movement, I’ve been wondering…
What actually feels alive to you?
Not what looks good from the outside.
Not what you think you should want.
But what genuinely brings warmth, connection, energy, meaning, softness, creativity or joy into your life.
This breathwork is an invitation to slow down enough to notice.
To reconnect with your body.
To sense what feels nourishing and life-giving.
To create space for what wants to grow, move, be shared or expressed… without forcing or rushing ahead of yourself.
Together we’ll explore gentle embodiment practices, a guided breathwork journey set to music and spacious moments of silence, followed by time to integrate and share in circle if you wish.
This is not about becoming more productive, more spiritual, or more impressive.
It’s about listening for what feels truly alive beneath the noise.
You do not need to have the answers already.
Just a willingness to arrive with curiosity.
