I will meet you here: Creative Walkshop

A hands-on creative walkshop with artists Alexander Stubbs and Wes Foster exploring public space, value and place in East Park, Hull.
About this Event

Join artists Alexander Stubbs and Wes Foster for a hands-on, participatory workshop exploring public space, value, and place. Through creative exercises, collective making, and a group walk, we’ll explore our unique relationships to East Park's environment—moving through green spaces, play spaces, and crossing points.

Over the session, you will:

1. Work with creative methods including drawing, writing, and photography.
2. Discuss new ways of understanding and engaging with public space.
3. Grow confidence in your creative practice.

We will meet at the East Hull Veterans Pavilion at 10am and walk together through the park, concluding the session back at the pavilion with a discussion of our findings and future opportunities to work with us on I will meet you here activities.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear, as the session will be outdoors and involve walking.
