New Partnership with Outwellness: Plus Size Baddies, Get Ready to SWAP this JULY!Rules:
No Resellers: This event is about community, not profit. Resellers are not allowed to clear out items for profit. If discovered you will be banned, and removed from the group(s).
Items Must Be Clean: Please bring items free of stains, armpit marks, and odors.
No Damages: Avoid bringing items with holes, tears, stains or rips. Items should be in good condition.
Must Bring Items: There is no standard amount you MUST bring, but please contribute.
Each person can bring a MAXIMUM of 2 trash bags full of items.
No Dumping: This is not a dumping ground for unwanted items.
No Kids' Clothing or Accessories: We do not accept children's items.
What Can We Swap?
Size 14 or XL+ Clothing
(or items that fit a plus size body, we will not turn you away)
Shoes, Belts, Purses, Jewelry & other Accessories
UNOPENED Beauty Products
Day of the Event:
Setup: Areas will be organized by clothing and item type.
Arrival: Swappers will set up their items in the appropriate sections.
End of Event: No need to pack up your items unless you want to. Items can be saved for future swaps or donated to a local women’s shelter.
Get Involved:
Future Events: If you cannot make it this time, don't worry. More swaps will be held in different parts of Austin and surrounding areas.
Volunteers: I welcome those who would like to volunteer for clothing swap days, as I am typically a one woman show. Complete the google doc (to be added in the comments SUNDAY afternoon) and I will reach out.
Host: Even though I we are in the process of making a home for ourselves, I don't mind taking this show on the roads.
