🌸 I RELEASE: A Shedding & Renewal Experience 🌸
The year been heavy for some, beautiful for others, and a mix of everything in between. We laughed, we survived, we fell, we got back up. Now we gather in one room to breathe, reflect, release, and step into our next chapter without the weight of what tried to hold us back. This night is about freedom. Emotional unpacking. Letting the mind and body exhale.

The atmosphere will be soft, intentional, warm, and welcoming in shades of pink and white a space for clarity, grace, and renewal. This experience is all about shedding what we no longer need and making room for better.

We’ll slow down first, settle in, and ground ourselves. The evening begins with guided journaling and reflection prompts designed to help you get honest about what you’re ready to let go of from 2025 stress, people, patterns, doubts, habits, narratives, or anything that no longer fits the version of you evolving forward.

After reflection comes release. Participants will write what they’re releasing on a plate and break it as a symbolic goodbye to old weight. A simple yet powerful act of closure. Not chaos, not rage, just release. Relief. A reset moment. This is for anyone ready to start fresh, breathe again, and enter the next season lighter.
