Location: Outside greeen space and gazebo behind Bowness Hall 8551 Bowness Rd NW, Calgary, AB T3B 0H8

P arking: plenty of FREE parking, additional parking at daycare, elementary school and street

D ress Code: Pic Nic attire, dress for changing weather and wear comfortable shoes for the grass

B ring: lots of your business cards, great energy,Bring Your Own Chair BYOC and/or picnic blanket

F ood: Catered by Marigold Food Services

Drinks: Cash Bar

Outdoor Picnic: soaking some natural vitamin D from sunshine (hoping the weather cooperates with us) we will play some fun outdoor games, eat, drink and network for our final mixer before the summer break!
