Mediterranean meze platters will be served throughout the evening featuring a delightful assortment of small plates, bursting with authentic Mediterranean flavors:
Sucuk - Charcoal grilled Anatolian spicy sausage served with freshly baked bread
Calamari - Tender calamari rings floured off and golden friend, served with tartar sauce and lemon
Hellim - Charcoal grilled Cypriot cheese served with a drizzle of pomegranate molasses and freshly baked bread
Mixed Olives - Gemlik olives in herb marinade dressed in extra virgin olive oil with a hint of garlic
Yaprak Sarma - Stuffed vine leaves
