• Bryan Ziegenfuse: Co-Founder

As an iFC Co-Founder, Bryan Ziegenfuse brings 15 years of executive experience to the table. He has had success in a range of disciplines including lending, capital markets, finance, and portfolio management.

Before joining iFC, Bryan was Vice President at Ocwen Financial Corporation, where he spearheaded corporate initiatives across risk management, capital preservation, customer experience and asset management and also managed key government relationships.

Prior to Ocwen, Bryan held several positions at GMAC Mortgage (Ally Financial) from 2005 to 2013, including Director of Restructuring, Senior Fixed Income Trader, and Director of Finance.

• Jack Davis: Trading and Capital Markets

As iFC’s Capital Markets Analyst, Jack leads whole loan trading for i Fund Cities and is focused on scaling iFC’s capital markets and pricing disciplines. He is also responsible for managing the balance sheet and investor relationships.

Prior to joining iFC, Jack spent two years at Chatham Financial working as a risk and debt management consultant for CRE (Commercial Real Estate) investors. He structured and executed a variety of interest rate and foreign currency derivatives on behalf of equity REITs and advised borrowers of CMBS (Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities) debt on prepayments and exit strategies.

• Erik Eichinger: Loan Officer

Erik, a Territory Manager and Loan Officer, joined iFC in 2021 with a background as a financial analyst. In just under six months, Erik was promoted to manage the company’s’ territory of North and South Carolina.

He is an innovator, with a love for sales that has developed a record of negotiating favorable terms and establishing exemplary relationships with new and returning clients. Passionate about success, he strives to be the best version of himself in and out of the workplace.
