On the cliffs of Dovercourt, facing the North Sea is the beautiful view of Dovercourt bay, which is about a mile from old Dovercourt, and the same distance from the port of Harwich, a fashionable and delightful seaside resort has grown, the sea and land views can be compared to that of the bay of Naples.
