I Can-Diabetes Awareness Event

November 14th is World Diabetes Day!

So this free event will focus on diabetes awareness. We are celebrating both survivors and awareness by partnering with Alliance Health, FTCC, Cooking 4 Fitness and Mama Duty for an afternoon of education and fun. Activities to include: Cooking Demonstration, Changes in Medicaid, Foot checks, Blood sugar screenings, blood pressure screenings and nutrition information.
