The Rainbow Foundation of Hope invites you to the I Belong Summer Carnival – Where Hope Grows, a vibrant Brazilian-inspired celebration supporting MOSAIC’s I Belong Program — helping newcomers and refugees build connection, confidence, and community in Canada.
