📋 Event Schedule (2.5 Hours of Fun!)

2:00 PM - Check-In & Arrival Girls receive name tags, Vision Board Kits, and settle in with soft music playing

2:15 PM - Welcome & Letter to Future Self Warm welcome and girls write encouraging letters to their future selves

2:30 PM - Inspiring Guest Speaker Special guest shares messages about believing in yourself, trying when you're afraid, and knowing you don't have to be perfect

3:00 PM - Vision Board Creation Time The main event! Girls design their dream vision boards using magazines, stickers, markers, and art supplies

3:30 PM - Lunch & Confidence Activities Enjoy delicious lunch plus: • Dream Jar creation • Affirmation bracelet making • Towel press design

4:00 PM - Closing Celebration & Pick-Up • Group affirmations • Certificate presentation • Crown ceremony • Professional group photo • Parent pick-up

What Parents Need to Know: • This is a drop-off event - parents are welcome at arrival (2:00 PM) and pick-up (4:30 PM) • Girls should arrive by 2:00 PM for check-in • Comfortable clothing recommended (may get crafty!) • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies during registration • Confirmation email with full details will be sent after ticket purchase
