I Am Homeowner - Now What!

In Gainesville, the Alachua County Foreclosure reports disclosed that from January 2024 to October 2024, there were 300 foreclosure filings, 225 foreclosure starts, and 29 families lost their homes by way of completed foreclosures. We receive in the NHDC office 3 to 5 inquiries a week from families looking for options so they will not lose their homes! We don't buy a home only to lose it later. It doesn't take much, one unexpected expense or medical emergency can leave families in a tailspin trying to catch up!

We have a strong focus on Pre-Purchase Education and Homebuyer's education to help people get into a home which is amazing and MUST continue but what happens after they get into the home......where is the education?
