Celebrate the peak of spring in this 3 hour Forest Bathing and Sound Bath connection journey. Your certified Association & Nature Forest Therapy guide and Sound Healer will guide you through a series of mindful "invitations" to connect with yourself and nature. Finding ourselves directly between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice we will honor Beltane which signifies the height of spring and means, "bright fire". The energy of Beltane is vibrant and fresh. In this session we will align ourselves with the growth we see around us: the flowers emerging, birds singing... and explore what makes us feel truly alive? What energizes us and inspires us.
Date: Monday, May 1st
Time: 5:15pm-8:15pm
Location: Mather Vernal Pools. Exact location will be given once registered.
Please note the following items that can make your experience more enjoyable:
*Yoga Mat for Sound Bath
*Sleeping bag or blanket for Sound Bath - bring materials that cab get dirty as the area is a grassland
*Bring/wear layers. Your body temperature can definitely cool down as we calm our nervous systems.
*Water
*Light snack
*Sunglasses
*Insect repellant
*Journal - There will be a short reflection time
*You will be offered a sit pad. You however can bring a camp chair if you like.
*Wear closed toed shoes.
[Note that you will need to carry all belongings a short distance]
