About this Event

I Am Fabulous is a hands-on essential oil workshop based on the work of Desiree Mangandog (de Lunae). Together, we will explore a series of intentional protocols by applying specific essential oils to acupuncture points to help release common energetic and emotional blockages.

During this workshop we will focus on eliminating overwhelm, boosting self-esteem, creating clarity and vision, and projecting your gifts, heart, talents and spirit out into the world.

Once the essential oil protocols are complete, you'll be invited to settle into a full immersive Sound Meditation led by Vandana. This is an opportunity to simply rest, experience moments of peace and silence, and allow everything you've received throughout the workshop to gently settle within.

As the soothing resonance of singing bowls, delicate chimes, and the grounding tones of the gong fill the space, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and quiet presence. Each sound unfolds with intention, creating an atmosphere where the mind naturally softens, the body releases tension, and the nervous system begins to restore itself.

The harmonious vibrations beautifully complement the essential oils, supporting integration, inner balance, and a profound sense of calm that lingers long after the experience ends.

Together, these practices create a powerful experience that nurtures emotional well-being, promotes energetic balance, and leaves you feeling lighter, grounded, and empowered.

All essential oils used during the workshop will be provided. You will apply the oils to your own body as guided throughout the session.

Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

You'll also take home a personalized essential oil blend of your choice to continue supporting your intention and well-being for the next 2–4 weeks.
