When was the last time someone asked how YOU are - and actually waited for the real answer?

If you are a mother, chances are you have forgotten what it feels like to not be tired.

You are the first one up. The last one to sleep. The one who remembers everything, carries everything, and manages everything. Everyone's needs come before yours - always.

And somewhere along the way, you disappeared.

This isn't a lecture about self-care. We are not going to tell you to take a bubble bath or wake up earlier to meditate. That advice doesn't work when you are running on empty.

This is 4 hours to actually stop.

🎨 Expressive arts - movement, music, creative exercises (no skill required)

🪞 Reflection - reconnecting with the person you were before "mom" became your only identity

This isn't therapy. It's not a fix. It's permission to put everything down for one morning. To feel something other than exhausted.

✍️ A letter to yourself — a reminder of who you are beyond the roles
