Our childhood fundamentally shapes the way we perceive and respond to life experiences. Even decades later our childhood can have a profound impact on multiple parts of our lives. One reason for this is our bodies hold and express unresolved emotions and programmed responses that can make us feel out of control or broken.
Somatic experiencing can be a powerful tool for accessing emotions trapped in our bodies, minds, and spirits.
During this empowered healing session, you'll be supported through loving movement, holding space for various kinds of emotional releases, and guided through a special meditation to access incredible self love. **You will NOT be asked to re-live harmful experiences, instead you'll be warmly invited into the present with breathwork, visualization, and gentle movement.
