I Am Energy - Inner Nature Series by Clement Waters

A guided movement session open to RSVPing community. Calling to the body a sense of vitality and momentum. The experience begins with a gentle full-body warm-up shaped by the physical needs participants bring that day, supporting comfort, mobility, and readiness for the more dynamic movement to follow.

During the curated music part of the session, participants may move in a way that expresses the intersection of the music and their personal feelings. Participants may rest when needed, either within the studio space or in the adjacent lounge.

The final portion of the session is held in circle, where participants are invited to reflect on their experience and share music they would enjoy as movement inspiration in future sessions. Participants shape upcoming playlists and support collective authorship. A grounding ceremony rounds out the experience, supporting real world re-integration after session’s close.

Participants often notice a renewed sense of vitality, greater confidence responding to bodily needs during exertion, and an expanded relationship with music as a guide for movement that carries into daily life.

• What to wear / bring: Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching and energetic movement. Optional layers for rest periods.

* Each session opens and closes with ceremony. Participation is always invitational and always optional. Participants may modify movement, pause, rest, or step aside at any time. No hard-sole shoes are worn in the studio space; movement takes place barefoot or in soft footwear.
