Join I Am A Queen for the 13th Annual I Am Becoming HER Teen Empowerment Conference, a transformative one-day leadership experience designed to empower girls ages 10–18 to grow in confidence, leadership, self-care, and purpose.
Centered around this year's theme, "I Am Becoming HER," girls will participate in inspiring keynote presentations, interactive breakout sessions, engaging panel discussions, hands-on workshops, scholarship presentations, and meaningful conversations with accomplished women leaders from across North Carolina.
Whether your daughter dreams of becoming an entrepreneur, healthcare professional, educator, cosmetologist, or community leader, she will leave encouraged, equipped, and empowered to become the woman she was created to be.

This year's conference will also introduce two inaugural legacy scholarships honoring two extraordinary community leaders:
- The Uncle Ray Crosby Legacy Scholarship, honoring a devoted mentor, volunteer, and servant leader who faithfully supported I Am A Queen for 16 years.
- The Renee Vaughn Legacy Scholarship, honoring the beloved broadcaster whose voice and unwavering community service helped amplify I Am A Queen's mission for more than 16 years.
Together, these scholarships celebrate leadership, service, and legacy while investing in the next generation of young women who are becoming HER.
