About this Event
The event will feature a talk by doctoral researcher Zulfiya Hamzaki, who will present her ongoing research at the University of York’s School of Arts and Creative Technologies. Zulfiya’s PhD is a practice-based project exploring how migrant women's stories in the UK can be represented through a web-based interactive documentary (i-doc). The talk will include the screening of video clips from the project. There will be time for Q and A with the audience.
Venue Details - The event will be held at Room K/122 - The Huntingdon Room at King's Manor, which is in the city centre of York.
Here are the directions to get to the room -
King's Manor 1st Floor - The Huntingdon Room. Go through the main entrance/porter's lodge and through the first courtyard into the archway. Take the doors on the right and the stairs to the 1st floor. The room is at the top, through K/123.
