Hyrox Workout - The After Work Club x Urban Reform

Join us on the Wednesday 30th October as The After Work Club teams up with Urban Reform to host an exciting Hyrox class!

Whether you're new to Hyrox or a seasoned pro, this class is suitable for all levels and will be packed with action. You’ll be moving through a series of Hyrox-style stations like lunges, wall-balls, Ski-Ergs, Row-Ergs, and running in a circuit format. Best part? You’ll be working in pairs in a YGIG (You Go, I Go) style, so grab a buddy and cheer each other on as you push through the rounds!
