Curious about HYROX but not ready for the full race? Or looking to enhance your training for HYROX Toronto this fall? Our HYROX Strong Simulation at F45 Parkdale on July 25, 2026 is your perfect opportunity.
This exciting event brings the signature HYROX energy - eight functional workout stations designed to test your strength, power, and endurance - but skips the running so you can focus purely on station performance.
Expect a Coach-led electric atmosphere, great music, and the support of a community that cheers you on rep by rep. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, our HYROX Strong Simulation is your chance to challenge yourself, have fun, and experience the thrill of HYROX.

🔹 The HYROX Strong Format
Each participant completes the following eight stations, in order:
- 1000 m Ski
- 50 m Sled Push
- 50 m Sled Pull
- 80 m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 1000 m Row
- 200 m Farmers Carry
- 100 m Sandbag Lunges
- 100 Wall Balls

- Women's Open
- Men's Open/Women's Pro

*Singles or Doubles options for each category, just select the appropriate ticket option.
Grab your spot now because space is limited and our HYROX simulations always sell out. You will be scheduled a race time start between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm no later than 3 days before the race. We will be scheduling start times STARTING with WOMEN'S OPEN participants, and ending with MEN'S PRO. Please do not purchase a ticket if you cannot be flexible with start times. We cannot modify start times after the schedule is created.
