Introducing HYROX STRENGTH: an all-station, no-running indoor race experience brought to you exclusively by Body Fit Training Lincoln, the only certified HYROX Training Club in Lincoln, NE

This isn’t your typical HYROX simulation.
It’s NO RUNNING. ALL STATIONS. ALL STRENGTH.

You’ll move through 7 HYROX-style stations in waves of 3 athletes, testing your endurance, strength, and mental grit. All indoors and all intensity.

📅 WHEN? Saturday, February 14. Waves of 3 people or 3 teams of doubles every 10 minutes starting at 7:30 AM. Start times will be emailed 1 week prior to race day.

💲REGISTRATION: $40/person. Individuals or Doubles—price is per entrant / ticket. Each race entrant is required to purchase a ticket. Will run the event, snow or not.

🏁 THE STATIONS: Each participant or team will complete the following stations.
NOTE: Order and distance may change slightly prior to race and will be sent to athletes:

• 1000m Ski Erg
• Sled Push (30 revolutions on a manual treadmill simulation)
• Sled Pull (225 lbs) - Distance: 120 feet (40 yards)
• 1000m Row Erg
• Walking Lunges (Sandbags: 30lb Women / 40lb Men / 30lb Mixed) - Distance: 120 feet (40 yards)
• Farmer’s Carry (2 x 35lb Women / 2 x 53lb Men / 2 x 44lb Mixed)) - Distance: 120 feet (40 yards)
• 100 Wall Balls (10lb Women / 14lb Men / 14lb Mixed)
  

Doubles Teams: Both team members have to participate in all stations, but can divide up distance between the two people however you choose.
