Welcome to the HQ Hyrox Simulation. This is a simulation of a full Hyrox race. You will use Hyrox-approved equipment and have the option to race as singles or doubles with open and pro weights available.

Our simulations are designed for everyone - whether this is the first time you are dipping your toe into Hyrox and you want to see what it is all about to those racing for PBs and aiming for World Champs...

We provide a bike alternative option to those that are unable to run.
