Join us for our HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT) — a free event open to all fitness levels!Whether you’re a first-timer or gearing up for HYROX Anaheim this December, this is your final tune-up to test where you’re at, see what needs refining, and experience the energy of the HYROX community.

Workout Format:

• 800m Run

• 1000m Row

• 80m–100m Walking Lunges

• 800m Run

• 200m Farmers Carry

• 100 Wall Balls

💥 Admission: FREE — but please register responsibly!

Even though this is a free event, we ask that you only sign up if you’re committed to attending.Spots are limited, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations take away opportunities from others who want to compete.
