HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT) – Hosted by F45 Training Sunset Strip in Weho!

Test your fitness with the official HYROX PFT—designed for both first-timers and seasoned competitors. Whether you're curious about HYROX or have already raced, this is a fun and structured way to measure your performance, get a baseline score, and train with intention.

You’ll be placed in 10-minute waves with other participants, and we’ll enter your score into the official HYROX PFT database. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with the F45 Training community and see how F45 programming can help you prepare for a future race.
