HYROX Full Sim Race

Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 15th – we’re bringing the ultimate HYROX experience to F45 Ventura! This simulation race is designed to mirror the energy and challenge of an official HYROX event, blending functional strength and endurance in an electrifying team atmosphere.

Push yourself through a series of workout stations, test your limits, and see how you stack up—all in a supportive, high-energy community setting. Whether you’re training for a real HYROX competition or just want to challenge yourself, this event is perfect for all fitness levels.

The Singles Heat will launch from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.

The Doubles Heat will launch from 11:00 - 12:00 PM.
