HYROX Full Race Simulation

A full-course HYROX simulation—true race order, real pacing, and judge presence—so you can practice your strategy, test Open vs Pro weights, and get a legit time before race day.

• Solo, Doubles, Mixed Doubles
• Open and Pro weight heats available

• Heats start as early as 8:00 a.m. and roll through the morning.
• You’ll be assigned a start time after registration.
• Manual timing: we record your heat start and finish

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your assigned heat to check in, preview the course, and warm up.

• We’ll run the true HYROX order. Judges are spread throughout the floor, but standards, rep counts, and lap counts are ultimately your responsibility. Treat this like race day and leave no doubt on every rep.

• Normal training gear plus any optional items you like (gloves, chalk, towel, etc.). Hydration recommended.

• Restrooms, shower, and vendors on site.
• Spectators are free and welcome.

• No refunds. You may transfer your spot to another racer if needed.
• Age: athletes under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
