HYROX Full race simulation

Welcome to the Hyrox full Simulation event!

Description: In preparation for HYROX Houston on March 15-16th we are offering a series of HYROX race simulations!

1st half: Saturday Jan 25th

2nd half: Saturday Feb 8th

HYROX strategy and Technique seminar: Saturday feb 15th

Full race: Saturday March, 1st.

The below information is for the 3rd event of the 3 part series of race simulations.

Date: Saturday, March 1st, 2025.

Location: Crossfit ESC - 8801 Davis Bvld Suite 3C, Keller, TX 76248.

Time: Heat times will be between 8am-12pm and will be sent out no later than Thursday, feb 27th.

Requirements: Make sure to come prepared with comfortable workout clothes, proper footwear, and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the event.
