About this Event

$28 Upon arrival: Hyrox Doubles and Individual Workshop. Learn from a few of the best in the South Florida Hyrox scene about what it takes to not just get to the big stage but to compete at the highest level in the sport. The workshop will be lead by a Hyrox L1 Performance Coach, UESCA Certified Running Coach, and three 2026 pro division world championship athletes, Dan Guzman and Jess S.
